This position is responsible for providing customers, who are located around the world, technical support as needed. Major responsibilities include: equipment setup, inspection, service, maintenance, run-off, installation of automated equipment. Maintaining positive relationships with both internal and external customers and positively representing our company's interest at the customer's plant is imperative. This position requires an extensive amount (approximately 85%) of travel both internationally and domestically.
Requirements:
Four years or more of service and or maintenance experience, or a combination of education and experience
Candidates must be mechanically inclined
Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical and PLC literacy is required
Familiarity with Foundry equipment and Foundry applications is preferred.
Effective verbal and written communication in English with customers and employees is essential
Extensive amount of travel both internationally and domestically
