SCOPE OF REMANUFACTURE

All machines will be inspected by Robert Sinto Corporation prior to quoting.

The following is the work that will be performed on remanufactured machines:

1. The Machine is completely disassembled, shot blasted and cleaned for re-use. If any of the components fail to meet our acceptable standards it will be replaced with new. All other components will be discarded or can be returned to the customer.
2. New PLC Control Panel, Allen Bradley SLC 500 with Panel View Touch Screen or customer request brand.
3. New upgraded Gas Combustion System with Omron digital controls to meet today’s NFPA 86 and your Factory Mutual Insurance, if it is applicable.
4. New upgrades will be provided. 
5. All limit switches will be upgraded to proximity switches.
6. New motors. 
7. All new valves and hoses.
8. All new Cylinders.
9. All new bushings and seals.

Summary: All components will be replaced by new if it is applicable.
